The highest grown, ‘Strictly Hard Bean”, hand picked and washed coffee from the premiere-growing region of Tarrazu. Well polished beans produce a medium-bodied cup with tangy aroma, sparkling acidity, and rich overtones.  This lot has notes of Lime zest, banana, Graham, and milk chocolate.
