No. It’s not you, it’s not your card. We upgraded our payment processor. Click ‘My Account’ on the home page. Click Payment. Select your saved card. Click and confirm ‘delete’. Add new payment, re enter payment method. (this can be the same card you delete, it reconnects it to the webstore). Be sure to click save and close. Proceed to check out and your beans will be on their way.

I placed an order & there was an OPPS! I need help! Contact a human being by clicking ‘Order Contact ‘Us’.

We check email each morning Monday-Friday. Office closed weekends & holidays.

When filling an order, we check the ‘Human Bean Notes’ on the checkout form for special requested grinding. Tell us about your filter style & brewing method. We can make it work. Thank you to all for all the great notes we get on the orders!

If i place an order online, can i pick it up in person?

Our website is our retail store, or you can find us a local farmers markets and events. All of our goods are shipped or picked up at one of the markets. You can find more information about shipping ‘here.

We are a working staff operating roasting, after burner equipment, & packing equipment. Our staff works both on & off premise with flex hours.

Help is on the way 24/7. Go to ‘Sign In,’ click. At the bottom of the window click on the words ‘Forgot Password?’. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Send Reset Link.’ Follow the directions in your email.

In a hurry? Sign in with a customer account. You can reorder from previous orders saved. Or, place your order, sign in on the check form and auto-fill your information. ( if sending to a different address, overide the auto-fill on the ship to address)

Privacy & security lock your customer account to you, your email, & your password in a secure cloud that we do not have access to. Only you, with email & password, are able to change the information & incur charges.

To protect your information, it isn't possible to change the email address linked with your account at this time. Create a new account using your updated email address with a new password.
