what if i’m in alaska or hawaii & just need to have that cup of boulevard?

We ship to the continental U.S.A. (Restrictions exclude Alaska and international deliveries). All orders shipped f.o.b. common carrier, best rate.

Order cut off time is 2:30 pm PST.  We roast and ship five days a week: Monday to Friday. Roasting, packing, & shipping is closed holidays & weekends.  So, an order placed after 2:30 pm Friday will usually ship on Monday. As there are observed holidays and nothing is perfect, plan ahead for later arrival if there is a holiday or holiday weekend.

**Exceptions apply for extreme weather. For the staff & roaster health & safety, we close early during extreme high temperature days. After all, it is roasting & high temperature EPA air pollution equipment in operation.

Looking for your order? We ship f.o.b. common carrier. Check tracking by clicking on link in your shipping confirmation email. Be pandemic patient, the carrier (due to short staff) expedites handling without entering all the tracking info.

Problem with order arrival? Ship date differs many times from order date. (see above) Check your ship date email confirmation for actual ship date & tracking number link. Click the link to check your order’s tracking. Questions? Click FAQ’s in upper right corner of screen. Click on the link “My mail piece hasn’t been delivered”. Follow the directions. If you have questions on your package’s tracking or tracking history, ask your local Post Office.

Boulevard does not guarantee the arrival date.  Arrival date determined by USPS. Human beings make errors. If USPS have made a mistake, (which is beyond the scope of Boulevard), they most often notify you directly or on the tracking page of a delayed arrival. Questions on package tracking? Check with your local Post Master. We all take holidays, so if there is one, arrival may be delayed.

Please check your address carefully, we know what it's like to be without coffee. Packages returned with address errors (except if we did it) will be billed for shipping a second time and reshipped to the corrected address.

If you need something fast or shipped to Alaska, contact us at email: sales@cherrybeanprod.com and we will do our best to make it happen.  Additional charges apply.

We do our best to get it to you.

Keeping it simple, as long as it lasts.

Questions about a coffee or tea? Unsure?  Please feel free to email or call with questions before you purchase.  We do great coffee and tea, but each person has their own individual tastes.  Let us advise you. We do return calls and emails Monday-Friday and enjoy hearing from you.

A note to those who call. We work flex schedules, email is most efficient. If calling, do leave a message. For staff safety, calls go to the answering machine while in production.

Climate, whether rainfall, temperature, or naturally occurring events produce subtle changes to the flavor notes of any crop. As in grape wines, hops, or even tomatoes this same subtle change occurs in coffee bean & tea leaf crops. This dynamic attribute follows through to our coffees with each new harvest arrival, the subtle changes will occur in the cup.

Coffee and teas are classified as perishable food products, so, unfortunately, we do not accept returns on these items.
