This microlot coffee is grown under shade trees in the western Ghats mountain range. Intercropped with Avocados, Areca nuts, and pepper spices at an altitude of 4500 ft. This lot is from a smallhold multigenerational farm, Periyamalai Estate, the name of which means “Tall Mountain”.  It is exceptionally clean with bright acidity and notes of apple, peanut butter, and malt. Not your typical coffee from India! We think you will enjoy this lovey roast!
